History
Attorney Allison F. Zieman started her professional career as a school teacher. She has a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine and a M.S. in Education from California State University, Fullerton. She obtained a teaching credential for multiple subjects and a certificate for teaching children with mild to moderate disabilities. She taught elementary school for over 14 years. While working as a classroom teacher, Ms. Zieman obtained her law degree from Western State University College of Law where she graduated third in her class. After passing the bar on the first try, Ms. Zieman became licensed to practice law in 2011. By 2014, after volunteering through the Legal Aid Society in Orange County in the area of family law, Ms. Zieman opened her own law practice and transitioned from teaching to working full-time as a family law attorney. Her law practice is centered on providing quality service options so clients can get support with their family law cases in a way that best suits their needs and budget.

Allison F. Zieman
From working as an elementary school teacher for 14 years with the Los Alamitos Unified School District to opening her own practice in 2014, Ms. Zieman has represented clients for dissolutions, legal separations, custody and visitation, child support, domestic violence actions, guardianships, and limited conservatorships in Orange County, CA. She gained experience doing pro bono work with what was formerly know as the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, training with the Public Law Center, and through the LEAP program. She received two Within Awards from her law school and the Patricia Herzog award for her service to the community.
