We encourage all prospective clients to start with a free fifteen minute screening telephone call with our firm’s attorney.

Prospective client’s can schedule their own screening phone call by clicking the “appointments” link above or you can provide the information requested below and we’ll contact you.

Prior to any screening phone call with the attorney, an office staff member must speak with a prospective client to get general information in preparation for the phone call with the Attorney. This pre-screening phone call confirms we handle your type of case, the firm’s availability for new clients; and, if a screening phone call with the Attorney is scheduled, it maximizes the call time with the Attorney.

During your screening phone call with the Attorney, by the end of the phone call, the Attorney will have given (a) a general overview of the relevant legal procedure that applies to your case, (b) given a general overview of service options through our firm, and (c) confirmed you know our firm’s fees for your type of case and our billing process.

*A SCREENING PHONE CALL DOES NOT MAKE YOU A CLIENT WITH OUR FIRM.

*FURTHERMORE, SPECIFIC LEGAL ADVICE is not giving during a screening phone call. Advice is only given if you hire the firm for services and a signed engagement packet and deposit for services are received.
